Mod13 Dyn Dis - Essay Example For example, hiring more employees during peak season may be necessary but hiring more during the low season of a business is irrational. If a change does not fit the current and future customers is may not be necessary. Any change done should match the corporate culture. Intended changes that do not match corporate culture may result in unintended consequences, and thus business leaders should avoid them. A business leader should ensure that the organization has the necessary resources to implement proposed changes (Langley et al., 2013). It may not be a beneficial idea to implement changes which the organization has no capacity to accommodate. Intended changes that do not have quantifiable value to the business are not appropriate. During the last holiday, I and my friends came up with a group whose mission was to clean up the local town twice a month. We hoped that this would motivate people to maintain the town cleanliness. All the members of the group were college and university students studying in different areas. Initially, the group looked superb but it ended up failing after we resumed school. There was no one to run the group, and it ended up being inactive.
